Over 28 years of experience. Ed Served as a Deployed Resiliency Counselor with the US Navy. Deployed on the USS Makin Island and the USS Carl Vinson, then shore duty at Navel Base Coronado CA. Served on the Board of Directors of the NYS Council on Problem Gambling. Adjunct Professor at Mercy College Graduate school of Counseling,  Bronx Community and Westchester Community Colleges. 
 
Originally from the Bronx, New York City, graduated from Fordham University (1992)  and St John’s University, (1984).
 
In 1996 he was recognized by the NASW for Outstanding Social Worker in the Bronx.
